A booking request is an invitation to confirm, becoming effective only upon our confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule with prior notice when needed.
3. Cancellation & rescheduling
Rescheduling or cancellation is free up to 6 hours before the appointment. Some procedures may carry a different policy, disclosed before booking.
4. Payment & invoicing
Prices include VAT. Formal invoices are issued for each service. Refund policies differ by service and are clarified prior to any procedure.
5. Medical outcomes
Medical and aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals and depend on biology and lifestyle. We set realistic expectations but don't guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
